How We Help

Coaching

There’s no quick fix to meeting the needs of all learners in your school. If there was, you, as a good educator, would have landed on it by now. Instead, the work of building trauma-sensitive schools is layered and full of nuance. Truly, it’s all about boosting adult and youth skills. You won’t get that out of a one sit-and-get PD training. All of our training sessions are interactive and engaging. Plus, we’re here to provide individualized coaching for your group–whether it’s on-site or virtual. And it’s always tailored to your setting and needs.

Here’s what coaching can include:

  • Small group discussions where educators apply their learnings from training with Ms. Jen to their unique classroom community
  • Time for questions and answers
  • School observations paired with debriefing conversations
  • Modeling skills
  • Discussing strengths, progress, challenges, and how to move forward to meet your goals

Ms. Jen facilitates unique and customized trainings for all
